Mostly customers after drying is used to extract the oil and cbd. it have high medical value.

Normally the input moisture: 80-85%, the output moisture: 8-10%.

The fuel: gas,diesel,wood chips,electricity,steam.

 

About our hemp dryer:

1.No pullution. 

The heat resource is using heat exchange furnace, The cold air and hot air make exchange, finally the suitbale drying temperature enter into the dryer. This air absorb by fan and through fan blowing into the bottom of the hemp dryer. 

The material of hemp dryer: ss304 stainless steel.

The customers can choose use wood, gas,diesel,electricity as the fuel.

 

2.Fully automatic continuouse hemp dryer.

The whole process including: feeding conveyor,discharge conveyor,drying host,contron panel.

The raw material enter into the hemp dryer through the feeding conveyor, the drying host is continuous 4  layers mesh belt dryer, the wet material from top of the dryer entrance and the dried material come out from bottom of dryer. The heat and material totally make heat exchange. 

Whole line only need 1-2 people to operate.

 

3.Temperature and speed of hemp dryer can control by control panel, it can make sure the material quality.
