Samples will be sent for your review, freight collect or paid in advance, within 7 days by express usully.
3. Can you do my own design?
It's OK, we can do the color/logo/packaging on your requests.
4. Can you make the new mold on my request,how is the cost and time?
Sure, we have rich experience in proofing, estimate cost and timeasa per the details.
5. What is the production time, payment terms?
About 30-40 days, T/T 30% deposit, 70% T/T before shipping the goods.
6.Do you have SEDEX report 4 pillars, European test reports? What other certificates do you have?
LFGB/FDA Food safe Approved, SEDEX report 4 pillars, BSCI Audit Summary Report etc.
7.How do you control the quality?
We have a professional team for qulity control.Doing 100% inspection during production.We also accept authoriative testing by third-party testing companies designated by customers.
