It is a complex enzyme with pectinase as the main body and containing a variety of hemicellulase components. The main components include: polygalacturonic acid lyase, pectin lyase, polygalacturonic acid hydrolase, pectin hydrolase , Pectin esterase, xylanase, glucanase, etc., effectively decompose and partially remove pectin, lignin and other hemicellulose impurities and symbiotics through the synergistic action of multiple components of enzymes. Thereby, the hemp fiber is effectively separated and the requirements of spinnability are met.
Enzyme tank for soak
Add ratio: 1--40 ‰(enzyme :hemp weight ,ie, 500 kg of flax degumming enzyme 20 kg)
PH 7--9
Bath ratio 1:10 (ie 500 kg raw material +5 m3 water ),make full immersion in the liquid.
Temperature range 25 ° C--45° C
Time :according to the procedure and add quantity ratio
when the sceond time used of solution ,need add 50% enzyme quantity of first time ,repeat used .(solution should be used 2 or 3 times,then replaced by new solution )
