h> Improper follow-up maintenance or maintenance by an unauthorized technicians;
i> Error installation, the accessories not match with or not compatible with the products as sold;

j> Normal wear items (nipples, bearings, skewers, spokes, rim strips etc);
k> Surface finishes and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, stickers etc);
