A: Yes, normally samples are with stock for free, shipping cost at your side.
By express (UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, etc) it will take 3-5 days to arrive; Epacker takes longer sometimes like 2 to 3 weeks.
Shipping cost USD20 to 50 (settled by Paypal), depends on size, weight, and service way.
Or collect service by your account.
In case samples to be newly made, USD$150 is chargeable due that the sampling cost is high.
Q: WHAT’S YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
A: Depends on quantity, artwork available time, pre-order test needed or not, pre-production sample approval time, etc.
After pre-production sample confirmed, lead time can be 3 to 60 days, depends on quantity, or which product and which kind of package it is.
30 to 45 days is common for mass production. Please always let us know your need.
Q: WHAT’S THE TOOLING TIME SHALL WE HAVE AN OEM PROJECT?
A: Depends on product size, structure, etc.
It can be from 7 to 30 days.
Q: WHAT’S YOUR PAYMENT TERM?
A: For tooling is 100% in advance;
for product orders, normally 30% deposit is required for new clients. When amount is small, 100% in advance is required to save transaction fee.
