-30% T/T before production, the balance payment should be paid within 10days after B/L copy sent to the Buyer after shipment.

 

 

 Insurance :

-To be effected by the Buyer.

-To be effected by the Seller for 110% of invoice value against Buyer.

 W. A.   or   All Risks and War Risk as per C.I.C. Dated 1/1/1981.

 

 

Certificates:

-Quality, quantity and weight certified by the Import And Export Commodity Inspection Bureau of The People’s Republic of China.

-SASO

 

-Others as per requirement from buyer.

 

 

 

Quality/Quantity Discrepancy:

-In case of quality discrepancy, a claim should be filed by the Buyer within 15 days after arrival of the Products at port of destination

-In case of quantity discrepancy, a claim should be filed by the Buyer within 15 days after arrival of the Products at port of destination.

-The Seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the Products shipped due to causes for which the Insurance company, Shipping Company, other transportation organization/or Post Office are liable.
