Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: Yes, we' re a factory . We are also happy to design if you have some special requirement on products.
Q2: What products can you make?
A: Our products mainly include Sports waist bags, waterproof bags, backpack, sports arm bags, armband and wash bags and so on.
Q3: Can you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we can provide free stock samples . If customized sample, we have to charge, but refundable once you place bulk order to us.
Q4: I have my own design (I have some ideas add to your products.)
A: Welcome, we have our own stuff to help you to design products, assess your products,make physic test and give you professional advice.
Q5: How do you control the quality of the products?
Inspect the in coming material before accept.

Q6: How to place an order to you? And how about the lead time and payment terms?
A: When you accept the sample quality and product price, you can place an order to us by email.
We usually accept TT or Paypal, but Paypal is only for small order.
Payment terms is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or upon receipt of sending the documents copy.
Lead time is on or around 20 days after receipt of deposits.
