Our Factory
Xiangtiange is a professional wooden educational toys group company with the integration of production research and development and sales. Our Advantages
Raw Material
As a manufacturer, we go to select and import high quality wood logs like beechwood, pinewood, rubber wood and birch wood. We have machines to cut the logs into planks and sticks, then roast them to suitable humidity. According to different production, the wood logs becomes attractive and very high quality toys under our professional procedures.
Manufacturing Technique
1. In our factory, we cut the beechwood,pinewood,rubber wood logs into wooden planks we need.
2. We'll lay the planks in different batches based on different sizes or thickness.
3. We put the planks into the roast room to make the humidity meet the standard for wooden toys.
4. We use the machine to polish the planks to necessary thickness, and get rid of the crude surfaces.
5. We use CNC machine to cut the shapes from the wooden planks to get the shapes we need for wooden educational toys.
Our master at the workshop will cut the planks into the the shapes we need for wooden educational toys with the help from machines.

6. We use machines to polish the wooden toys or accessories to get rid of the burr.
We will also polish the wooden toys with the help from abrasive papers.
7. We will use the automatic machines to chamfer the corners with required diameters.
We also have masters to chamfer the big size accessories with the help from machines.
8.We use water based paint to paint the wooden toys, no harmful chemicals, safety to kids.
We also have professional machines for accurate and high quality painting.
9. We use silk printing to paint logos or any patterns with less colors. Different requests need different printing procedures.
Heat transfer printing is also a regular method for printings, it is mostly used for complicated patterns and high quality requests.
10. Some wooden puzzles and other toys may need laser cutting after printing, high quality with this procedure.
11. When all the wooden toys are finished from all procedures, we'll have men checking every toy to select good one and pack them into necessary boxes.
12. When all the products are finished, after selecting and quality checking, we'll pack all the toys into master cartons, waiting for loading.
13. We have good experience for shipment. We can help clients load the container and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure the well shipment.
14. When the products are finished, we will offer necessary documents and certificates to help every client to get the cargo without troubles.

Safety Standards
As a wooden toy manufacturer, we are very serious about safety. We use FSC wood and water based paint to manufacture products. Each toy we produced meets the standards of EN71/ASTM F963/GB6675-2014/ISO8124 and CE.

To offer better service, our office is settled in Yiwu city, which is very famous for its small commodity trade and vibrant market. We have a large warehouse here to offer convenient logistic service. What's the MOQ?
Usually for the stock items, the minimum order quantity is 5 cartons; for OEM or ODM, usually the MOQ is 2000 sets. It depends on which products you want.
How do I pay you?
Usually we do T/T, western union,as it saves much commission fee for both of us. We can also do Alibaba Trade Assurance, you can pay via Alibaba.
What's the lead time for the production?
For stock items, we usually need 5~7 days to prepare the cargo; if OEM or ODM, we usually need 30~45 days, it depends on which product you will need.
How do you ship? Do you offer door to door delivery?
When we get 30% deposit,we'll start the production. When it's ready to ship,you need to pay 70% balance, then we will ship the cargo. We can do FOB/CIF/Air Express, we can offer door to door delivery, but we need to confirm from our freight agent about the delivery possibility before the order.
Do you have certificates for your toys?
Mostly, we offer EN71 and ASTM F963, some products have done the test, but some have not. Our toys meet the standard, if you need any certificate, you can tell us about it, we'll help.
