Mounting holes machining dimension:

When welding the wire to the blade terminal, please pass the conductor through the terminal before entering the operation.

·the brazing iron should have a capacity of less than 60w and time within 5s. If the operating temperature is too high or too hot for too long, it may cause deterioration of switch characteristics.

·please use solder as little as possible. If the solder goes inside the switch, it may cause contact barriers.

·the specification of the terminal connection is 0.5-0.7mm. If the printing substrate is welded in the terminal type welding groove, the solder may enter the inside of the switch and cause poor contact, so please use manual welding.

·connect the terminal blocks with the socket of #110 terminal blocks and insert them into the terminals vertically. If excessive external force is applied to the terminals horizontally, the terminals may be deformed and damaged.
