This potato chips production line is the best choice for making potato chips with low investment and power consumption. 

The whole production line includes

potato washing peeling machine, potato cutting machine, blanching machine, dehydrating machine, frying machine, deoiling machine, seasoning machine and nitrogen vacuum packing machine.

This potato chips production line can make potato chips, french fries.

 

 

Feather of the potato chips production line:

 

1. potato peeler: cleaning and peeling process at one time,  high efficiency and labor saving

2.potato Cutter: this machine can cut potato into slice shape, finger shape, wave shape, the cutting size is adjustable.

3. Blanching machine: put the potato chips into the hot water, about 30second, can protect the fresh color of the potato chips and other vegetables.

4. Dewatering machine: This machine is tank type and machine is very heavy, ensure the stability during working ,high working efficiency, about 30 second is enough for the potato chips dewatering, can improve the taste of potato chips and other vegetables.

5. Fryer machine : keeps the potato chips quality and taste. This machine also can be used for many different kinds food frying.

6. De-oiling: use the centrifugal, overcome the shortcoming of botheration.

7. Seasoning Machine: make the potato chips turning even, use the spray type to add the seasoning, not easy to break.

8. Vacuum package machine:when packing, put into nitrogen, can avoid break of the potato chips.
