Product Description
Plastering Machine Introduction:
Compared with traditional manual plastering and rendering machine, KLW Series plastering machine has the following advantages:
(1) This machine is an advanced screw-type high-pressure mortar spraying equipment, which is easy to operate and maintain even without special skills.
(2) Evenly spraying performance, no fly ash and dust fall. It can save water and materials more than 20% of the costs.
(3) Free spraying on the wall, roof, internal and external corners. It can improve work efficiency and save costs.
(4) High efficiency. The machine can spray 120-180 square meters per hour, which can effectively shorten the construction period and save costs.
Plastering Machine Application:
KLW Plastering Machine is a new developed high-pressure screw type cement mortar plastering machine. Due to its advanced technology, convenient operation and maintenance, this plastering machine is widely used, as following:
(1) Pressure grouting for reservoir, hydropower, dam, port, dwarf etc;
(2) Basic treatment and reinforcement grouting of soft foundation;
(3) Backfill grouting or bolting grouting for tunnel, subway,mining construction;
(4) Slurry circulation and mortar backfill for ground-source heat pump deep well construction ( new technology);
(5) Building mortar conveying for floor, masonry or plastering;
(6) Conveying and spraying of cement slurry, commercial mortar or equivalent mortar etc.

A: After long-time running, the rubber piston and cylinder sleeve may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.
Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough estimate of requested spares according to your project scale.
3. Q: Can we have customized model?
A: Yes. Customized production and OEM production are available according to your actual requirements.
4. Q: Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?
