This Cube pleat machine model are ZJ-217 and ZJ-416 machine.

The cube pleat is twice pleated, pls check below. The top two are from ZJ-217 fantasy machine. The bottom two are from ZJ-416 crystal machine.

Also, the two machines are much more than above designs by the reason of pleat height/width/depth adjusted and combined designs on ZJ-217 machine. 

The top two rows are from ZJ-416 crystal machine. The bottom two rows are from 217 fantasy machine.
