(5). Structural stability: Use one step moldig high frequency welder to make the galvanized steel structure.

(6). Wind resistant wall: middle folding part of sides walls four square tubes seperate the wall into 4 parts which are directly connected with the main body structure to ensure the stability of the wall.

Characteristics

2. Frame structure: The whole frame profile is a one-step molding of high-frequency welder. All joints are designed with upper and lower occlusion. It has excellent sealing performance and is wind-proof and rain-proof.The profile base is thickened to 2.5 zinc-plating materials, the base profile is 27 cm, the upright post width is 16 cm and the top beam profile is 19 cm wide. The frame contains the base line and the folded height is 40 cm.

3. Wall: 50 thick clean surface laminboard are used. The thickness of iron sheet is 0.32. Unit weight: 45KG; 0.8 thick steel plate is added on the top to ensure that no leakage at the top.

4. Floor: 1.5 thick glass-magnesium fire protected floor is used. (PVC plastic floor and composite wood floor are allowed to choose: 500/set)

5. Folding house indoor installation standard: One security door, two security windows, five glass-magnesium floors (waterproof and fire-proof), ±52m of sheet material, 104m of aluminum frame, supporting circuit (a light switch, two five-hole sockets, an LED lamp, a leakage protector, an air-conditioning switch, lamp line 1.5# Air conditioning wire # mainline 4#)
