Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are direct manufacturer in China and specialized in producing solar mounting system, we can supply kinds of mounting system for different Install conditions, like Roof,Ground and Floating system,we have our own factory with 2GW production capacity of solar mounting systems.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?(L/C,T/T,Western Union )
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.Other payment terms to be discussed case by case.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU,DDP etc.
Q4. How about the delivery time?
A: 2 weeks for order quantity not larger than 1MW. For larger order we need to discuss case by case.
Q5. Could customer's be printed on package?
A : Yes. We could print either customer's logo or our own logo on package, please afford us your requirements beforehand and confirm the design before production.
Q6. Do you offer warranty for the products?
A : We offer 12 years warranty for most of our products.
