Working principle of SMT PCB vacuum loader
The SMT PCB vacuum loader can suck up the PCB board to be processed for printing and soldering by using vacuum absorption under no-dust environment. By using this principle, the position of the substrate can be controlled precisely to protect the substrate from being damaged by contacting with other medium.

1. The SMT PCB vacuum loader is closed when it is working to reduce noise and ensure operating safety.
2. The top safety caps can be opened for machine hardware maintenance.
3. It is equipped with intelligent touch screen control interface which is quite convenient.
4. The position of suction nozzle is adjustable to ensure that the PCB board can be clamped.
