1. What's your payment terms?
T/T. 100% before shipment.
2. What's your delivery time?
We will arrange the shipment in 8-10 days for order of <10 tons.

3. How about the packing?
We provide the packing as 20 kg/kraft paper bag for cereal and 25 kg/kraft paper bag for powder products. Of course, if you have any special requirements, we will provide accordingly.
4. How about the validity of the products?
10-12 Months. According to the products you ordered.
5. What documents you provide?
We provide Commerical Invoice, Sales Confirmation, Packing List, Invoice, COA, Bill of loading (BL), Origin certificate or Form E. Other additional documents: Phytosanitary Certificate, Health certificate and Non-GMO etc. If your markets have any special requirements, let us know.
6. What is loading port?
Usually is SHANTOU, GUANG AO, SHENZHEN, HONG KONG etc.
