Turntable Type Sandblasting Cabinet is specially applicable for operating heavy or larger products, like mold, statue, motor, car wheells, etc, which significantly reduce efforts and increase the working efficiency, users process the parts just rotate the turntable while not need to manually move them. Automatic or manual turntable can be selected, whose size can be made according to customers' parts. Cart and track outside the cabinet for easy loading and unloading(optional).

Sand blasting Machine Application:
Cleaning, deburring, descaling, rust-removing, refurbishing a lot of metal or non-metal workpieces to get a smooth and clean surface for end users, or to be the pretreatment for subsequent processing.

 The turntable can be set manual or automatic rotating in 360 degree which facilitates operators move heavy workpieces and ensures every parts and corners of the products is cleaned. The blasting gloves is high quality rubber, skid resistance design, with granule on surface.

 The sandblasting gun is aluminum alloy casting with durable boron carbide nozzle, long life and reducing fatigue of sandblasting operators. Also delivered with a piece of air blowing gun, a pair of sandblasting gloves and other accessories.

  The dust collector at the back of the sandblasting cabinet is cartridge filter type, effectively remove dust from the working chamber, ensure the pure abrasives are recycled, and only the dustfree and clean air is discharged to the atmosphere, environmetal-friendly.
