Q: What raw materials are used for the product?
A: Usually three materials: sugarcane bagasse, bamboo pulp, wood pulp.
We mix them according to the product usage and customer’s request.
Q: Can we use our own logo and design ?
A: Yes, you can. We'll put you logo on it.
Q: What is molded paper pulp used for?
A: Our products are used for electronic products, cosmetics, food and wine and tableware.
Q: What process do you use to produce the molded pulp products?
A: Our molded paper pulp are mainly made by wet pressing, which makes our products have a very smooth surface and high quality.
Q: Besides white and nature color, can you make other colors?
A: The most common color is white and Nature , we can also make some other color as per request. But there will be MOQ requirement
for other colors, and price will be higher.
Q: Will there be any tooling cost if we want you to make packaging for us?
A: Molded pulp products are formed based on molds, so there will be tooling cost.
Our molds are made of high quality aviation Aluminum, and several molds are needed in different process to finish one product, so
the tooling cost will be a bit higher than some other packaging like plastic. The tooling cost can be returned if quantity is big
enough.
Q: How can you make the design?
A: We need the 3D shell for the products which require to design, or real samples, or both would be highly prefer.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: MOQ is varies with different shapes and designs. Please contact us for specific information.
Q: Can I get a sample before place an order? How soon? And how about mass production?
A:
1) We can offer you a sample and it usually need 8-10days.
2) The mass production will be finished between 15- 30days.
