All our diffusers are packed in singel neautral box safely, mass production in carton case approved by drop test. We accept OEM package if order fulfill our MOQ 1000 pcs. Please contact us freely if you have the query. 

We have different shipping options for you: Express, Air, Sea. Please choose your favorite way, or you can also refers to our recommendation.

Lead Time: 3-5 days for sample, 30-45 days for bulk.(depends on the structure materials)

There are 4 assembly lines and 6 packing lines available in Lemoworld now, the current capacity of production can be to 3000pcs/ line /day, the monthly capacity can be to around 300000pcs totally. We have some auto machines to improve our production efficiency. All products are made with the operation instruction, to make sure each components are assembled correctly. 

4. 8S Management system is executed in the production area strictly.

 6. Lemoworld international sales team is composed of 10 key Account managers, two team leader and one highly experience VP of sales & partner programs. We make it our priority to insure the Lemoworld’S international team has many years of experience and understanding of foreign markets.

A: 1-3 days with our natural package.

A: By express. In order to ship without any damage, we prefer by Fedex/DHL/TNT/UPS.

Mass Production:

A: 1,000pcs. We also accept small quantity for the 1st trial order.

Q: What is the delivery time for 1,000pcs?
A: 15 days for normal requirement, 30 days or more for special material or process.
     Special material include: wood/glass/bamboo/metals etc.

Q: How do you control the quality ?
A: Strict IQC standard before assembling, then we have 7 QC steps to guarantee the quality:air tight test/function test/QA test/Aging test/Visual test/on-site repairing/weighing.

Warranty:
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: 12 months.

Q: What is your general failure rate?
A: Lower than 0.3%.

Q: How to deal with if the diffuser damaged after sales?
A: You just need to inform us the number of broken diffusers, we will be free of charge to send you the perfect ones with your next repeat orders. 

If you can not wait for long or you may break up the partnership with us, no problem, we will ship the perfect ones separately to you, we will pay the freight cost.
