 engineers with 16 years’ experience. Our factory has gained CCC, CE, ISO9001 authentication.

3. Q: For the first order, can we place a sample order?

A: Yes,of course.It's our honor to offer you sample.

4. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: For the one have in stock finish product, the delivery time is within 3-5 days; with enclosure only in 

stock is 7-10 days; without in stock 20-25 days; for customized samples and large quantities bulk order,

 the delivery time is 20-30 days.

 
5. Q:What is the price? And do you provide customization, OEM or ODM service?
A:Our price is depend on the functions, sizes, designs, quantities, applications etc, please send the inquiry and tell us more about your requirements and project then enable us to quote the price accordingly. We have structure engineer team which can  provide customization, OEM or ODM service.

 
6.Q: What is your after-sale service?      
A: Once our products are in problem when using, please contact us freely. Firstly we will arrange related engineer to confirm and find the reason; Secondly, if necessary we will send you related parts for maintenance during the guarantee time; thirdly, if there is a big problem for mass products, we will send people aboard for repairing. 

7. Q: What is your MOQ?  
A: MOQ: 1pc. Any quantity is acceptable for your order. And the price is negotiable for large quantity.
