     A: Generally, Packaging with foam and makar carton for ebike motors which is suitable for shipping container.

2. Q. What is your terms of payment ?
     A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos or video of the products and

         packages before you pay the balance. Or you can come to have a check of it.

3. Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
    A: Yes, all products will be tested before delivery.

4. Q: Could you print customer’s logo and information on motors?
    A:Yes, OEM and ODM is available for ebike motor.

7. Q: How long is your lead time ?
    A:Sample order for e-bike motor is within 15 working days
        Sample order for E-bike conversion kit is about 25-30 working days

8. Q: How to confirm the conversion kit fit my bicycle? 
    A:The conversion was designed to fit 90% of the bicycles, and you can check your

bicycle fork(the two metal pieces that attach the wheel to the bicycle) to be sure.

You will need at least 100mm for front wheel and 135mm for rear wheel.

9.  Q: Can we have a echeck of products before delivery?

     A:  Yes, you can let your friends or yourself come to our company to check of it.
