Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new type of wastewater treatment technology combining high-efficiency membrane separation technology with activated sludge process.
The process is that immerses MBR membrane module in the mixture of activated sludge, treated muddy water mixed liquid is pumped under the action of clean water pump enters MBR hollow fiber membrane,collected in MBR gathering water pipe and then pumped out by clean water pump, almost all bacteria and suspended substance are intercepted in aerobic aeration tank ,so the secondary sedimentation tank is omitted, reducing the footprint and make the outlet water reaches the excellent water quality with the suspension close to zero.

1)High strength: PVDF reinforced, the tensile strength is more than 50times higher than ordinary membrane fiber,and the tensile strength ≥200N

2)Chemical resistance: acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, good chemical stability, not easy to produce chemical embrittlement cracking.

3)High flux: the water flux is 60% higher than ordinary membrane fiber.

4)Membrane module design: smaller footprint,higher MLSS retention,lower cost and longer service life.
