Three, maintenance methods
A) before use, check whether the motor runs in the same direction as that indicated by the thresher, check whether the fasteners are loose, and assemble the tightness and smoothness of the triangle belt.
B) lubricate all bearings in the product once a year.
C) store the product in a dry and ventilated place after use.
Four, troubleshooting methods
A) poor threshing: adjust the Angle of the stripper blade.
B) corn cob card machine:
Belt too loose: adjust belt tightness.
The matched motor power is small: replace the electric power is larger
Outer diameter of corn cob is very large: remove the threshing cover and add gasket on the screw before and after the threshing tube for debugging
