A: Are you a manufacturer or trader?

Q: We are a manufacturer. Our Headquarter is in Singapore and Branch in China.  Our processing plants are located in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

A: What is your Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Q: 1 x 20FCL (7-15MT) or 1 x 40FCL (18-25MT) depending on what type of products are loaded. Lower quantities subject to confirmation with us.

A: What are the packaging options?

Q: We provide products in bundles, hank, coils, boxes etc.

A: What are the payment terms available?

Q: 100% TT in advance or L/C at sight.

A: When is your cargo ready for shipment?

Q: Cargo will be ready within two to four weeks upon receipt of payment. Subject to stock confirmation.

A: Do you give samples for testing purposes?

Q: Yes, samples are provided free-of-charge upon request. Buyer will be responsible for freight charges and arrange courier pickup.
