   Hengtai Corporation is responsible for, free of charge, correcting the defects of the material and the manufacturing technology found in delivery or in the warranty period. The distributers designated by Hengtai Corporation will decide the corrective measures at it sole discretion.

Except the terms and conditions specified above, Hengtai Company makes no other statement or warranty and receives no indirectly warranty.
