Q: How long is the product lifespan?
A: In general, with proper maintenance, its lifespan can last up to more than 15 years.
Q: If the temperature drops below zero, will the air source heat pump still work?
A: Yes, the system solution is suitable for cold weather and antifreeze compatible, Vacuum tube solar collector use three target evacuated tubes with heat pipe and Air Source heat pumps with EVI technology can operate high efficiently when the temperature downs to -30°C. The features without using water directly to decide it can working in cold weather.
Q: What is the benefits of air source heat pumps?
A: One Bill : Solar heating system can operate without any electricity, so there's no need to pay when there is sunlight, and then combining with the heat pump as back-up system can meet the need for large qualities of hot water by school, hotel, hospital, factories and etc.
