Computer room and data center

 Supply the cooling air from the underfloor and return the air from top is the most common way of air conditioning system in large or medium scale data center or computer room. The cooling air from the air handling unit (AHU) will fast reach to the cabinet and equipment. The density of cooling air is larger than the hot air, so the cooling air will go down and the hot air will go up. When the hot air goes up, the cooling air will fill the space left by the hot air gone. Then it will be a circulation. This is a thermodynamic circulation. This circulation don’t like the horizontal flowing wind. It is a convective motion. It is helpful for the cooling of the equipment.

The anti-static perforated access floor provide a perfect solution to achieve this kind of air conditioning system. The perforated access floor will be raised to a designed height. The cooling air will be supplied under the access floor. There are steel and aluminum perforated access floor. The steel anti-static perforated access floor system will be in the page 8-9 and the aluminum will be in page 12-13 of this brochure.

Cleaning room

 Cleaning room is a super clean environment.  It not only need to control the ventilation, filtration, temperature, humidity, pressure and ionization etc., but also need to control the materials and other parameters. The cleanliness of the cleaning room is decided by the aerosols’ quantities in the air. The unit of the aerosols is micrometer ( 10^-6 meter, 0.000039 inch ).

It is very necessary to control the static charge generated in the cleaning room. Static may influence on the production.The automatic equipment may be failure for the electromagnetic interference of static charge. Electro static attraction (ESA) generated by static charge will reduce the particles attached on the surface. Static charge have close relation with the pollution on the surface of products and tools. So people pay more and more attention to ESA. For example, a 4 inch chip takes 1000v static charge. It will  cause 830000 lbf/Sq. in ESA intensity to a particle of 1 micrometer diameter. So the ESA on the static charge item is much higher than the gravity, air force and adhesive force. So conduct the static charge is very important for cleaning room. The anti-static access floor is one of the most important anti-static material in the cleaning room.
