GENERATION PROCESS

The production process of badminton rackets mainly includes: carbon fiber pre impregnation, weaving carbon yarn, cutting carbon yarn, preparation molding, hot pressing molding, initial embryo quality inspection, drilling thread holes, soil filling, grinding, coating, coating, finished product quality inspection, packaging, etc.
Quality control items for badminton rackets (specification testing): weight, balance point, length, accessories (handle leather, thread, elevator, back cover, single nail, appearance).
Racquet inspection and testing items: racket head frame compression test, racket frame compression test, racket face frame compression test, racket frame endurance test, landing test, net fatigue test, drop test, badminton racket swing test, strike test, racket line tightness test, torque test, frame compression test, middle pipe, tee joint strength test, and trial hit.

01/YARN MACHINE

Operation method: On the weaving machine, soak the raw materials, pre mix the concentration of epoxy resin, weave it into a cloth through a roller, attach it to the release paper, cut at an appropriate angle, let it evaporate for about 2-3 hours, and then proceed to the next step of the process.

02/PREPARATION MOLDING

Operation method: After cutting the carbon fabric into layers of appropriate specifications, wrap the nylon air duct in a single layer and roll it into a strip shape. The joints are appropriately reinforced, and a certain circular diameter is measured to complete the operation.

03/HOT PRESSING MOLDING

Using raw materials: pre formed carbon raw materials
Operation method: Place the rolled carbon fiber raw material in the mold and send it into the hot pressing furnace for heating. Use an air compressor to inject air into the reserved nylon air duct to a certain pressure. After heating for about 20-30 minutes, remove and cool it to complete the initial embryo of the badminton racket.

04/DRILL THREADING HOLES

Initial unified specifications, using drilling and grinding tools and high carbon steel drill bits to drill holes one by one. The operator must operate with caution. If there is a hole error, the entire piece will be scrapped!

05/PAINTNG AND COLORING

First, grind the racket slightly, use a hair dryer to blow the dust off the racket, and then wipe the racket well. This way, the prepared paint can be sprayed onto the racket. After the paint has dried, a layer of gold oil should be sprayed on the outside of the paint to protect it from contamination or damage.

06/FINISH PRODUCT

A high-quality badminton racket with a water mark can be attached with a single spike, and a wall racket and tennis racket can be attached with a spike and guard, and then both can be covered with a handle. If you want to thread the racket, you can thread it. If you don't want to thread the racket, you can install packaging materials such as elevators, tags, and racket covers.
