Buttock zones

 

A traditional seat cushion either has no depression or has depression(s) at its front. When sitting on such a seat cushion, the sitter’s buttocks (especially coccyx) are pressed against the rigid seat, and blood circulation within the whole pelvic area is hindered, leading to poor buttock curve, physical discomfort and a series of health problems (such as vertebral diseases and hemorrhoids). 

 

Our butterfly shape seat cushion is different: two circular depressions are put to the back of the cushion. When the user sits down on this cushion, the buttock zones at the front (corresponding to the depressions at the back) will slightly sink, his/her body weight will be evenly distributed over the whole cushion, and his/her hip will not touch the seat. Thus, direct friction and pressure between buttocks and seat are avoided, thereby bringing extra comfort.  

A W-shaped design is adopted for the front of the cushion. This design can effectively beautify buttocks, improve posture, alleviate pressure on lower back, and promote spinal alignment.

 

Perineum zone

 

 For the perineum zone of the butterfly shape seat cushion, an appropriately-sized groove is designed. The cover of the butterfly shape seat cushion is usually made of smooth antibacterial velboa (front), soft breathable mesh (perineum zone), and anti-skid fabric dotted with shining beads (back). The zippered cover can be removed and washed. A handle can be added to the cover to facilitate the carrying of the seat cushion.
