Euro-type Hopper Dryer

The THD-U series Euro hopper dryers adopt hot air down-blowing design and use stainless steel material hoppers to avoid contamination. With this design, they are also ideally suited for use with honeycomb dehumidifiers to dry plastic materials. There are 25 models, ranging from 20 liters to 8000 liters.

Main Features:

1) Innovative design with sleek appearance.
2)  Hot air down-blowing design ensures distribution of hot air to maintain a steady temperature in the hopper and increase drying efficiency.
3)  All material contact surfaces are made of stainless steel to eliminate material contamination;
4) Microprocessor is used for accurate temperature control.
5) Digital P.I.D temperature control with LED display. Automatic start/stop timer to improve energy saving.
6) Overheat protectors to prevent accidents by human error or machanical faults;
7) Overheat indicating light, motor contactor and overload relay are equipped standdard;
8)Quick cooling blower and outfitted power switch;
9) Preheat timer and double insulated hopper are available as options.
10) More optional accessories:"L" "A" type floor stand, dried-material suction box, hopper magnet, magnetic base, hot air recycler, blower inlet filter, exhausted air filter, and cyclone dust seperator.           

Note:

1) For polished hopper inside, plus 'P' at model behind.
2) Mark 'HT' at the back of models when 180 high-temp is requested.
3) Blower is included in machine net weight, but floor stand is not.
4) Power supply: 3 phase, 380V, 50Hz (standard), others as customer requested.
