1. Hong long is the shelf life of your DTG ink?
For normal temperature storage, color ink (C/M/Y/K) and Pretreatment shelf life 12 months; White ink shelf life 6 months.

2. Which type of printer does your ink work on?
The ink is sorted by the suitable printer head, for Epson DX5/XP600/TX800/5113/4720, and Epson 1390/4880/7880/9880, and industrial head Strarefire head, Konica head, etc..

3. How about the setting of heat press after DTG Ink printing?
For light color garment, heat press 3 minutes with 150℃;
For dark color garment, heat press 3 minutes with 170℃.

4. The pretreatment for light color garment and dark color garment is same?
Different formula Pretreatment.
The pretreatment for light color garment could be diluted with pure water 1:9;

5. Do you have any certificate for the ink and transport?
Yes, we have applied the third-party certificate, SGS report and international ISO9001 certificate~for the transport, we also applied Air Transport Certificate and Sea Transport Certificate.

6. Customized PKG/Logo be available?
Of course, OEM packing is availbe, may have extra budge depended on Qty.
