Moisture-proof kraft paper coated aluminum
Mainly used in anti-corrosion and heat preservation engineering, this product has the advantages of anti-corrosion and moisture-proof construction convenience, widely used in corrosion prevention, insulation, interior and exterior decoration, refrigerator, freezer.
The thickness of moisture-proof kraft paper is 0.1-0.15mm. It has high strength bonding. The imported kraft paper is used for kraft paper. The kraft paper has the advantages of good ductility and strong moisture-proof function.
liner and top grade standiums etc, can be composited with craft paper, the aluminum plates could be more effetcive in corrosion prevention and thus could be unsed on petroleum, electric power, chemical industry and stadium construction.

Features
There are two processes for covering kraft paper on the surface of aluminium roll:
First: The kraft paper used on the surface is self-adhesive bonded by glue, which has the advantages of high production efficiency, timely delivery and low production cost.
Two: The kraft paper and aluminium roll are bonded together by heating.
The advantage of this product is that it has a very high degree of adhesion. It does not gel and does not fall off after 24 hours of immersion test. Weather resistance is very high, kraft paper is not affected by temperature changes. Commonly used materials are 1060,1050,3003,5052 and so on, temper 14,24,16,18 and so on.
After covering kraft paper, the aluminium roll can be further processed to make embossed aluminium roll.
