1.Packing:
Standard safe and strong export outer carton packing, pallet packing, Kraft paper packing,polybag packing, plastic wrapping film packing or other customized packing.

2. Delivery:
1) By courier or by air: like FEDEX, DHL, UPS , TNT, etc.

2) By sea: DAMCO, CSCL,COSCO,APL,K'LINE, MAERSK, etc

3) By land: Truck, Train...

If your delivery time is very urgent, we suggest you to choose by courier or by air. If it is not very urgent, it would be better to ship by sea, which is much cheaper.

1. We only accept custom orders. All products are customized according to customer's specific requirements, such as measurement, structure, printing colors, surface finishing, ect. Professional suggestions are available.

2. We have our own design department, if you don' t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the designs complexity.

3.Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized sample, we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.

4.We are strictly with our products quality. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned and exchanged.

Q1:Do you offer free sample?

A:1. We are honored to offer you samples, usually we will arrange them in 3~7 working days, finished product sample is acceptable. 2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 7~10 working days is enough.

Q4: Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?
A:Sure. Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
