6. If you buy the machine, together with the machine there is a free mould and some spare parts together with the machine.
After Sales Service:
We have professional afterservice department.
1.We can teach you how to solve the problem by yourself via video call or send you the video, if there is any problems.
2.If any wearling parts broken, we have the spare parts, we can provide spare parts for you.
3.If the problem can't solved via video and with the warranty, you can delivery the parts to our company, we help to fix it for free within the warranty.
