The mini USB charging water dispenser (Gallon Pump) is a typical Chinese re-invention inspired by Traditional Chinese Tea Set with built-in pumping system. That was year 2002, and we did it then.

The critical round is to move it from DC12V power source to standard source of DC5V charging & single 18650 Li-Ion battery. Then people have it in such a cost-effective way. For RTS small purchase of stock items, we sell by cartons, and typical MOQ is one carton containing 20-50 pieces.
For OEM massive order of customized pieces, typical MOQ is 3000-5000 pcs for each model/color, while special favor/support shall be given to new clients.
What kind of customization you can do for us?
For RTS : slight customization available, your logo on unit, your labels on color boxes or master carton, special arrangement of transportation. For OEM: complete customization available, your logo on unit, your own labels, stickers… color boxes…

Sure, and samples can be provided F.O.C with freight collect or upon your payment of courier charge. This courier cost can be deducted upon any firm order.
How about your Delivery Time (Lead Time)?
For RTS business, typically goods shall be sent out in 3 days; For OEM massive purchase with customization needed, 4-5 weeks for First Order, and 3-4 weeks for Repeat Order.
Upon special condition, kindly talk with us for special arrangement. We helped many clients with green channel to ship containers in 2 weeks. We do have a huge production capability, Daily Output of USB charging small appliances of 200K+ pieces, so we can do this. Anyway, this does cause a lot of pressure to our production system, also many extra expenses and cost. Please treasure such resources and opportunities. We both try to have things arranged well in advance and let everything go ahead smoothly.
How about the payment?
For RTS, we both can reply on Alibaba Trade Assurance; some clients may have friends who can pay RMB, and that shall be ok for us as well. For OEM, we both shall be ok with the long-time standard of TT and L/C at sight; after a certain time period of firm business, special payment method can be decided case by case.

We shall be really glad to hear that! A factory visit is always welcome! We are right located in Nantou Town, Zhongshan, 1.5Hrs drive from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. There is also an express railway linking Guangzhou and Zhongshan, you may get off at Ronggui Station, and then we shall pick you up to our factory.
There may be pity for an actual factory visit, due to the virus issue. Anyway, we do have a special line with with Wechat, Whatsapp, Botim…, with which you can easily connect and make a virtual factory visit. Now we have 2 small industrial park running, one mostly for USB charging items with different pumps as the core part; another mostly for USB charging items with Blades of cutting feature. Both are neighboring to each other. At our rushing pace, a complete virtual factory visit shall take some 20 minutes.
