This rotary baking oven can be divided into three type, including electric, gas and fuel oil. It can be used for baking various kind of bread, cake,moon cake, cookies, walnut cake, pastries and many other kinds of biscuits.The overall machine adopts assembled structure, movable grill uses hook to rotate. It also adopts blast to force hot air circulation, improve the heat transfer effect, reduce the heating time to save energy.
The feature of hot air revolving furnace
1)The whole oven adopts truss structure, moving type grill hooks rotate, and uses blast way compulsory thermal cycle, improve the heat transfer effect, shorten the heating time and save energy.
2)Uniform heating, baking food without off color, in order to make the baked food delicious and has suitable temperature, the machine is equipped with air regulation on the exit and humidifying equipment. Thus the baked food has uniform color, delicious, especially suitable for making egg yolk pie, cake, bread, and cakes.
3) The oven has three different heating source: Electrothermal, fuel type and gas heating.
4)Can bake a variety of pasta products such as bread, cake, snacks, cookies, also can be used to bake chicken, duck, beef, pigeons, such as halogen pig meat.
