Q1. Can I have a sample order for your products?
A.Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality, Mixed samples also acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A. Samples need about 3-8 working days, mass production time need 3-5 weeks for order large quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for your product?
A.Low MOQ, 1 pc for sample also available.
Q4. What is your payment term?
A. Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L.
But if you need other payment terms for example L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q5. Is it OK TO print my logo on your product?
A. Yes. Please inform us formally before our mass production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6. Do you accept OEM and ODM?
A. Yes. ODM and OEM both welcomed.
