How to order from us
1. Please confirm the model numbers and quantities that you would like to purchase to our sales person, or email to us. 2. We will send you a Proforma Invoice to specify net cost of mentioned goods and other relevant charges once you confirm the order. 3. After you arrange the payment and send us your bank slip, we will put your order down to production, and let you know the delivery date in 2 days. 4. When the goods are finished, we will send them by air express, or by sea, or other available shipping methods appointed by customers, and let you know the tracking number and estimated time of arrival. MOQ 1. For the first order, we have no limit for the quantity. 2. From the second order, the MOQ is 20pcs.
Payment Terms T/T, Western Union, PayPal 1. Under Western Union, please make sure no handling fee should be bear by Receiver. 2. Under PayPal, there will be 5% PayPal fee for each individual remittance.
3. Under Bank TT , there will be 30USD fee for Bank 4. We can put customers' orders down to production once we get the bank slip copy. 5. If order value less than 20,000USD, we should get 100% payment before production;

Warranty Policy We provide two years warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVRs after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of charge. 1. If our customers could repair the products by themselves locally, we will supply necessary spare parts. 2. If the customers couldn't repair the products, the products will need to be sent back to us, and we repair and bear 50% freight charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.
