Q1.Are you a factory or trading co.,?    

 We have 2 factories located in Guangzhou city China, which have more than 100 workers totally .We provide professional free design DIY service and have a professional manufacturer with five years of experience in DIY bags.

Q2.What's your payment term?    

T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, and Alibaba.

The normal payment term is 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment. 

Q3.Could you make OEM/ODM design?

  We are specialized in OEM/ODM design which include the customized logo, leather texture, color and even design according to the customer's requests.

Q4.About Sample

. New customer: we would request sample cost for the new customer, and customer is also required to pay for delivery

. Older customer : we would offer free samples, if your samples are less than 20pcs all together, but you are required to pay for delivery too.

. To all: For the sample cost, if your order reach a good quantity, we would return your samples cost.
