PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is one of the world's most comprehensive polymers. PEEK has good mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and chemical resistance, making it a usable material for demanding applications. PEEK also has good biocompatibility and modulus properties very close to bone, making it a popular material for implants in the medical field.

IEMAI's high performance PEEK material is a 3D printed wire for fuse deposition (FFF/FDM) technology, print temperature from 380 ° C to 430 ° C, and cavity temperature of 90 ° C. The universal wire diameter is 1.75mm, and the material has excellent adhesion between the layers, which greatly improves the impact resistance, strength and durability of the printed product.
