Q: Can you make the skateboard decks according to our own design?
A: Yes, OEM is always welcome. Please send us your 1:1 design in AI format by email. Please feel safe that we will not show your design to anyone else.
Q: Can I get a sample to check the quality before mass production?
A: Absolutely, but we need to charge the sample fee and shipping cost. Sample fee will be refunded when you place mass production.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 100% payment in advance for small order; for large order, 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment. We accept Paypal, Western Union, and Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards.
Q: What is your shipping methods?
A: We will help you to choose the best shipping method and shipping company. Normally we will choose express shipping for purchasing quantities within 100 pieces, and sea transportation for orders more than 100 pieces.
