Atmosphere Pouring

Don't like Austenitic Stainless Steels 304 or 316,carbon steel and many alloy steel need atmosphere protection during pouring process to prevent oxidation,therefore we have use a pneumatic device which can quickly cover the melting patterns to isolate the oxygen.this device significantly improve the productivity and quality.

Machining

Our machining factory have 7 CNC centers, 3 slant bed CN-lathes,21 CN-lathes,1 CMM, 3 manual lathes, 2 CN milling machines, 18 drill machinings, 1 Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine,1 vibration grinding machine,1 welding machine.

We are well organized factory,have TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certification .

All products are well packed before shipments.
