A1: Quality is the most important! We have inspector to follow up the order from the beginning to the end. We inspect our product one by one before packing and shipping to make sure the products are what you order and in good condition.

Q2:I want to add my own logo or design on product, is it ok?
A2: Yes, of course. We provide OEM service. You can put your logo of our product and we can make it as you want. 

Q3: How shall we do if order quantity do not get to MOQ?
A3: 1.We can suggest you choose stock product if it is available.
       2. We can combine order to produce together.

       3. We may increase FOB price base on the quantity.

Q4: How can I get samples?
A4: Samples are available, machines on cost charge. Small accessories, like grips, needles etc, free of charge. But you need to afford the express freight, it will normally be around USD 20-30 for 0.5 kg, 4-8 working days arrival.
