Q4: What is the products ready time?

A4: If we have enough units in stock, the products ready time would be within 3 working days  

       If we didn't have enough units in stock, the products ready time would be within 30 working days

Q5: What if the defective units  came out? How will you handle them?

A5: The product warranty time we promised is 12 months after the products arrive to you. If any defective units came out, please do not hesitate to contact us together with the photos of defective units. We will feed the photos to our engineer group and QC group to make out the reasons. After we confirmed the problem was not caused by false operation, we will make out the reimbursement plan for you.
