Verification
Here is the way to test real silk fiber:
1.Solubility experiment
Cup 1 100% mulberry silk fiber put it into the amount of 84 disinfectant, then it will be dissolve and disappeared. Cup 2 is polyester, cannot dissolve.
2. Flammability test
Please fire silk, hair and chemical fiber, then compare it :
100% real Silk: white smoke , the taste is almost the same with the hair scorch, the remaining black and gray crushed on a crushed.
Chemical fiber: black smoke, smell pungent plastic taste, burning the remaining black objects are hard, not easy to grind into powder

Our factory specializes in various kinds of 100% real silk with annual output of more than 200 tons. We have modern and advanced equipment which can apply two-for-one twisting method to make silk reel. Besides, our products have stable quality which reaches two special standards for export, and timely delivery.
There are three main categories of our silk.
The first one is pure silk warp and weft. The size of warp silk yarn is F2*20/22D and 800Z+700S. The size of weft silk yarn is F3*20/22D 250S.
Second, new products can be developed according to the customer’s requirements, such as silk floss, pearlina yarn, and doupion silk for home textiles with the size of F2*100/120D 150S.
The third one is a variety of extra thick silk yarn. Our factory have professional
manufacturing facility for producing yarn with special size of 2000 to 3000D, and carpet yarn with its size of 36*3.
Over recent years, in order to adapt to the growth requirements of yarn-dyed silk market, we have equipped with a dyeing factory and we can offer colored silk directly for customers. All our dyeing accuracy, color fastness and environmental protection indexes can reach the standard of the European Union.
