1. Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we offer samples to our customers. Sample price is a little bit different than bulk order price. We will refund the price
difference part on bulk order (bulk order is calculated as 1kg). Shipping cost should be covered by the buyer.
2. Q:Customs Issue:
A:Seller is responsible for the Customs issue on Chinese Customs when exporting. If the
parcel is held in Chinese customs for more than 10 days, we will send a new parcel to the buyer. If buyer receives both original
parcel and reshipped parcel,full payments should be paid for the 2 shipiments. Or buyer returns one parcel to seller. Buyer is
responsible for Customs clearance when shipment arrives in destination Customs,seller will not be responsible for the seizure or
delay,buyer will provide related documents to Customs clearance if required by Customs. Seller has obligation to provide normal
documents to Customs while destination Customs requires.
3. Q:Quality Issue:
A:Seller is responsible to supply merchandise as advertised or agreed.
There may be slight difference regarding color,odour or taste from batch to batch,which will not affect the quality of the
goods,please keep the goods in original packing and label,seller will not be in charge of quality issue if the packing is changed
or damaged.
4. Q:Delivery Issue:
A:Shipment will be considered as delivered according to delivery status showing on website of shipping company,seller will not be
responsible for the lost of package as long as the parcel is delivered to the provided postal code.If buyer needs signature
service,please notify seller when place the order.

A: We accept US dollars through Alibaba trade assurance order. We accept the real-time exchange rate. Other currencies are

A: For orders below USD 5000, we require full payment as deposit through Alibaba trade assurance order; you are protected by
Alibaba for 30 days after you receive the cargo. For orders above USD 5000, and it is shipped by express, we require 50% deposit
and 50% balance against QC videos and photos. For order above USD 5000, and it is shipped by sea, we require 50% deposit and 50%
balance against B/L copy.
9. Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T payment (Telegraphic Transfer) and we also accept payment by credit cards. We accept payment by Western Union but
there is an extra charge of USD 20 for each transaction. PAYPAL is no longer available in China so we cannot accept PAYPAL payment
