A: Usually, we use the packing is bubble bag + wooden frame. Also can changed into wooden / plywood case + bubble bag according to your requirements.
If the items were damaged when you received, please kindly send us the photo. We will claim for compensation or resent you the new one immediately.

 

Q: Can I place the sample order?
A: Sure, sample order is available. But the charge of delivery fee need to be pay by client.

 

Q: What’s the payment way and payment terms?
A: Usually we use Alibaba Trade Assurance Order, T/T, Western Union, and Cash.
30~50% deposit for the production and balance must be paid before shipping.
