Basins with hairline crack are determined as unqualified at anytime.

Deformation control

We guarantee that our basin is with no visible deformation.

Visible deformation would brought down the quality grade.
Some large deformation may even result in installation failures, and create lots of troubles for the both buyer and the seller.

About MOQ and trial order
Normally MOQ is required to run the production.
Full container order with mixed items is suggested, but small quantity order is appreciated as well.
We understand that trial order could be necessary to start.
We will always be supportive and make our maximum effort.

About sample and the packaging
Sample order like 1-2pcs/model is welcomed too.
We pack the sample very well in polywood box or pallets with great protection.
Since the total weight could be high, we suggest you to consider the shipping before placing sample order.

About lead time

For trial order and formal order, normally lead time 30-45 days.
