1)Q: Does Jobon Global own their own manufacturing facility?

A: Yes, Jobon Global owns and produces products from our Guangdong Province manufacturing center with 200 professionally trained employees in an area of more than 100,000 sq ft.. Investing heavily in Zhejiang area factories has resulted in more manufacturing capability. All of our centers together help us manufacture our core products; Gardenware, Pet Accessories, Kitchenware, and Tools.

2)Q: How long is your product manufacturer's warranty?

A: We provide one year full manufacturing warranty with parts and labor included. 

3)Q: Does product development include custom branding on manufactured product?

A: Yes, we do allow factory laser printing for custom logos on products with authorization from the customer for OEM and ODM. Authorization requires official authorization letter and signing of Non-Disclosure Agreement for logo usage and intellectual property protection.

4)Q: Do you allow routine factory visits and inspection?

A: Yes, we welcome any visit to our factories and will gladly give you a tour with time for close inspection on the ground floor. Please schedule an appointment with us in advance.

5)Q: What form of payment do you accept?

A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union Transfer, Escrow, or Payment by Credit Card.

6)Q: How does Jobon Global handle Quality Control (QC)?

A: We execute quality control inspection on a sample of 5% to 10% off production line.

Products will be reworked together with client if the sample fails inspection tests. We take quality control very seriously as it reflects in our strict inspection procedure.

 We also help client do QC from checking quantity, testing packaging quality and artwork/design.

Measurement data and samples including style, color, and appearance can be provided on request. We also welcome any QC procedures as required by the client.
