1.Scope of application

(1) It is applicable to various types of low-temperature meat products sterilization, ham sausage sterilization, sausage sterilization, canned fruit sterilization, fruit juice beverage sterilization, vegetable juice beverage sterilization, various pickled pickles sterilization, wild vegetables sterilization, jam sterilization, jelly sterilization, bean product sterilization, canned food sterilization and other vacuum flexible packaging foods, soft hose soft bottle packaging materials, glass bottle packaging foods.

(2) The production line adopts pasteurization technology, which is suitable for low-temperature sterilization of pickled vegetables, low-temperature meat products, sour soybean milk products, jelly and other food and beverages.

(3) Process flow: sterilization-cooling-cleaning-drying, which can be equipped with sterilization curve recorder to monitor the production process to achieve the purpose of automatic, efficient, safe and sanitary production. The whole process of conveyor, sterilizer, cooler and air dryer is continuously operated and automatically controlled.
